A set of Swan Island newspapers prints stories relative to the events of Swan Island shipbuilding workers.

All copies are 9in wide x 12in high, heavy creases and slight tearing near the binding seam. Writing on the front and back covers of both copies by persons unknown.

One opened letter in an envelope classified as secret and addressed to the master of the SS Oliver Kelley and several documents stapled together including vessel port clearance certificate, crew list, and cargo manifest.

Postcard measures 5.5in wide x 3.125in high, yellowed, written on and stamped. Envelope measures 6.5in wide x 3.625 in high, addressed and stamped. One red and one blue matchbook both measure 3in wide x 4.5in high, unfolded, matches removed.
